Product details in brief

Fluted board tray

The standard fluted cardboard trays are used for packing soft fruit and stone fruit up to 1 kg. For moist fresh produce, like mushrooms, carrots and soup vegetables, a special moisture resistant grade is available. Moisture resistance is obtained by means of an additional inside lacquer or coating. The cardboard tray allows for high graphic printing for marketing purposes.

Fluted winged tray

The fluted cardboard tray with large extended wings offers a 100% recyclable mono-material packaging solution. Its carbon footprint is significantly lower compared to plastic flowpack trays or clamshells. The wings are closed using a self-adhesive label. The cardboard tray can be customised to fit the caliber of your specific produce.

Solid board winged tray with banding

The solid board winged tray offers a 100% recyclable mono-material packaging solution. The wings are closed using paper banding. The cardboard tray can be customised to fit the caliber of your specific produce.

Solid board sleeve tray

The solid board sleeve replaces the film material currently used in a lot of produce packaging. The innovative design keeps the produce visible in the package while hindering removal of the produce because of the tamperproof label on the bottom of the sleeve. The sleeves are easy to pack manually, but can also be automated.

Fluted basket

The fluted cardboard basket offers a 100% recyclable mono-material packaging solution. The cardboard basket can be customized to fit the caliber of your specific produce. Plano delivery allows a minimum warehouse occupancy.

Solid board hybrid tray

The ‘hybrid tray’ consists of a solid board or microfluted board tray and a rPET cover. The cover clicks in the slots at the top of the tray. Compared to flowpacked trays, the ‘hybrid tray’ allows for stacking in crates and on the shelf. Using a board tray instead of a plastic tray allows for reduction in plastic usage, and appeals to todays consumer preference for fibre based packaging of fresh produce.
